Recipe Makes: 8 chicken thighs
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes or so
Total Time: around 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
8 chicken thighs
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup white wine
1 medium onion
5-8 garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine chicken thighs, mayonnaise, and white wine in a large bowl. Mix everything until the chicken is covered.
- Roughly chop up the onion and grate the garlic. Add the onion and garlic to the chicken marinade and finally salt and pepper. Let the chicken sit in the marinade for a few hours, or over night for best results.
- Once the chicken has sat in the for some time, fire up the grill and let preheat for 10 minutes or so. Once the grill is hot place the chicken skin side down. Grill for 10 minutes or until the chicken has nice grill marks and is golden brown.
- Flip it over and cooking until the internal temperature is 170-175 F.
- Once the chicken is cooked serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
