Recipe Makes: about 24 cookies

Total Time: 19-22 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter; cubed and cold
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cup flour
3 ½ tbsp corn starch
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 ½ cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer combine the cubed butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat together until well incorporated.
- Then add in 1 egg at a time. Once eggs are mixed in, add in vanilla extract.
- Sift all dry ingredients together and then add them to the dough. Fold until just combined. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out the dough. Place 1″ apart from each other. Bake at 400 F for 9-12 minutes. To check if the center is done, place a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean the cookies are done. Let cool. Enjoy!
