INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cup rice
3 cups water
½ cup milk
DIRECTIONS:
- Add rice and water into a medium pot and place it on the stove with the lid to medium heat. After about 5 minutes the water will start to boil, turn down to the lowest heat.
- Boil for 7 more minutes or until most of the water is almost gone. Then add in the milk and mix until all the rice is covered in milk. Cover the pot and let cook for 5 more minutes, but keep checking up on it and gently stirring it so the bottom doesn’t burn.
- Once the milk is gone, take off the heat and fluff up the rice with a fork. Enjoy!
