INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 cup raw pecans, chopped
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 325f.
- In a large bowl mix together oats, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and pecans.
In a small sauce pan melt the coconut oil, then add in the honey and vanilla extract. Be careful not to burn the mixture. - Add the sauce to the bowl and mix until everything is well coated.
- Spread it all on a baking sheet and bake at 325f for 20 minutes flipping half way through. Bake until golden brown. Let cool and crumble.
