Recipe Makes: 12 muffins

INGREDIENTS:
3 bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup honey
1 1/4 cup flour
2 cup oatmeal
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 375f.
- In a small bowl mix together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder.
- In a large bowl, mash up the bananas. Then add in vanilla extract, coconut oil, honey, and egg. Mix until everything is combined.
- Add in the oatmeal and let sit for 20-25 minutes. Then add in the rest of the dry ingredients.
- Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until they start to become golden brown.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

Gather all ingredients.
