Recipe Makes: around 24 cookies

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10-15 minutes

Total Time: 20-25 minutes

INGREDIENTS FOR COOKEIS:

3 cups all-purpose flour

3 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup unsalted butter; softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup light brown sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

INGREDIENTS FOR SUGAR COATING:

1/3 cup granulated sugar

2 tbsp light brown sugar

2 tbsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix together dry ingredients and set aside (flour, baking powder, salt).
  3. In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugars. Then add in the eggs and vanilla extract. Fold in the dry ingredients.
  4. In a small bowl make the sugar coating by combining the sugars and cinnamon. Then scoop out the dough (around 1 tbsp size ball) and roll it into a ball and toss around in the sugar.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
