INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb pasta
1 medium onion
1 cup of water
salt and pepper; to taste
4 tbsp of butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Prep: Cook the pasta according to the package. Slice the onion into small pieces.
- While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a deep skillet on medium heat. Then add in the ground beef. Cook until it is no longer pink and add in the onion. Sauté until the onion until it becomes translucent.
- Pour in the water and let simmer on low heat until all of the water evaporated, should take 10 minutes. Then salt and pepper to taste and mix in the pasta. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
