Recipe Makes: around 4 cups

INGREDIENTS:
10 apples
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup water
DIRECTIONS:
- Peel and core the apples. Slice them into 1 inch cubes.
- Toss the cubed apples into the instant pot and sprinkle on the cinnamon, and pour the water in.
- Set the lid to sealing mode and high pressure for 3 minutes (the pot takes around 10 minutes to warm up). Once cooked, let there be a natural release for 5 minutes. Then release the pressure manually.
- Set the pot to saute mode, and grab a potato masher. Mash the apples until they are pureed. Optional: Sauté until the apple sauce thickens up a little.
- Let the applesauce cool before serving. Enjoy!
