Asparagus Cheese Tart

Recipe Makes: 6 servings

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 45 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 sheet puff pastry dough

1 bunch asparagus

4 oz cream cheese; softened

½ cup Parmesan cheese

salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Lightly dust the flour work surface with flour and then slightly roll out the dough.
  2. Place the puff pastry into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and poke a few holes in it with a fork.
  3. Then spread cream cheese along the puff pastry and arrange the asparagus.
  4. Then sprinkle on the cheese and crack on some salt and pepper.
  5. Bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Let cool before slicing and enjoy!

Gather all ingredients.
