INGREDIENTS:
1 lb of asparagus
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Start by preheating the oven to 400 F. Then wash and dry the asparagus.
- Next cut off the wooden part of the asparagus, it is around 1 inch from the bottom. If you are unsure you can also snap the asparagus with your hands. It will snap right next to the wooden part.
- Then lay the asparagus out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure that they are not over lapping. Drizzle on the olive oil and take a silicone brush to brush and coat all of them.
- Crack the salt and pepper to taste and finally sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 400 F for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the asparagus start to look cooked. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
