French Toast

Recipe Makes: 4 servings

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs

½ cup milk

2 tsp granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

10 slices of bread (I used brioche bread)

1 tbsp unsalted butter

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Start off by getting a mixing bowl and combining the eggs, milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Once the butter is melted dip both sides of the butter into the egg wash and place it into the skillet.
  3. Fry both side of the bread until they are golden brown.
  4. Take off heat and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
