Recipe Makes: 4 servings

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

½ lb salmon

1 medium orange

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp honey

lemon pepper seasoning

½ cup Redhot sweet chili sauce

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prep the salmon by slicing it into 4 strips.
  2. Then heat up olive oil in deep pan on medium heat. Once hot add in the salmon. Sear all sides until they are golden brown. But be careful when flipping the salmon so you don’t break it. Sprinkle both sides of the salmon with lemon pepper seasoning.
  3. Take the salmon out and set aside for now. It’s time to make the sauce. Squeeze the juice out of the orange and stir in the honey. Once it comes to a light bubble, turn the heat down to low and add in the Redhot sweet chili sauce. Stir together until the sauce starts to thicken up.
  4. Once the sauce is ready add the salmon back in the pan and coat the salmon in the sauce. Serve with rice and enjoy!
