Air Fryer Shrimp

Recipe Makes: 4-6 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb shrimp

1 egg

¼ cup milk

1 ½ cup flour; 1 cup for breadcrumb mix ½ cup for dreading

1 cup breadcrumbs

salt & pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp parsley flakes

1 tbsp garlic powder

½ cup Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl combine 1 cup of flour, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, parsley flakes, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. In another bowl combine the egg and milk to make the egg wash. And have the rest of the flour in another bowl.
  2. Take the shrimp and dread it through the flour, then drip it in the egg wash, and coat it with the breadcrumbs. Set aside and repeat until all of the shrimp is coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 390 F for around 5 min. Once preheated lay the shrimp out, but don’t over lap. Lightly spray the shrimp with cooking spray. Cook the shrimp on one side for 5 minutes, carefully flip them over. Spray the other side with cooking spray as well and cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat until all of the shrimp is cooked.
  4. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
