Recipe Makes: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:
8 chicken thighs
6 tbsp soy sauce
½ cup pineapple juice
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp corn starch
2 garlic cloves; crushed
1 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup of pineapple
2 tbsp sesame seeds
white rice for serving
DIRECTIONS:
- Chop up the chicken into small chunks and set aside. Then chop up the pineapple into little pieces and set aside.
- Heat up the olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add in the chicken and sauté until golden brown, then take out of the pan and set aside.
- Combine soy sauce and pineapple juice in the pan on low heat, once it comes to a slight boil add in the brown sugar, corn starch, crushed garlic cloves, and salt and pepper. Whisk together until the sauce starts to thicken up.
- Then add in the pineapple chunks and cook for a few more minutes until they start to soften up and then add in the chicken. Mix until everything is fully coated.
- Take off heat and sprinkle on the sesame seeds and serve with white rice. Enjoy!
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

Gather all ingredients.
