INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup granulated sugar
4 tsp coffee extract
2 cup cold espresso or strongly brewed coffee
1 pack ladyfingers
Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings for dusting
DIRECTIONS:
- Start off by grabbing a large bowl and whip the heavy whipping cream. Once it starts to foam up add 2 tsp of coffee extract and granulated sugar. And keep whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Once still peaks form add in the mascarpone cheese and beat until the cream stiffens more. Set aside aside now.
- Mix the strongly brewed coffee and coffee extract together in a bowl.
- Then grab a dish (the dish that you would want the tiramisu in) and start off by dipping the ladyfinger into the coffee and laying then out on the dish. Then pipe the cream on. And repeated the ladyfinger layer again. Then add a final layer of cream.
- The dust cocoa powder or shredded chocolate on to the cake and let chill in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
WANT TO MAKE TIRAMISU NOT IN A DISH?
You will need 2 packs of ladyfingers. Start off by getting a springform pan. Then cut the tips off the ladyfingers. Line the ladyfingers so they are lined up against the outside of the springform pan. And make the tiramisu as you normally would, although you might have to cut a few of the cookies to fit the in the pan. Place the take into the fridge and let chill overnight. Then unlock the springform pan and tie a ribbon around the cake. Sprinkle cocoa powder or chocolate shavings on the cake and enjoy!
