Fuji Apple Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS:

2 chicken breasts; cooked

2 roman lettuce heads

1 cup pecans

2 cups apple chips

½ cup feta cheese

1/3 cup olive oil

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

3 tbsp honey

2 tsp mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Chop up the lettuce head and cooked chicken breasts. Grab a mason jar or small bowl and combine the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and mayonnaise. Mix or shake until it is combined.
  2. In a large salad bowl combine the lettuce, chicken, pecans, apple chips and feta cheese. Then drizzle the dressing on it and mix. I recommend adding in the dressing and apple chips right before serving. Enjoy!

Gather all of the ingredients.
