Recipe Makes: 2 cups (depending on the size of the apples)

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hr 10 minutes

Total Time: 1 hr 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

2 apples

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 F. Use a mandolin to thinly slice the apples, so they are 3 mm thick. If the apples are thicker, they will take longer to cook.
  2. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the thinly sliced apples so they are not overlapping.
  3. Place them in the oven are bake at 250 F for around 1 hr, flipping them over half way.
  4. The apples become crunchier as they cool. Enjoy!
