Tomato Feta Pasta (VIDEO)

Recipe Makes: 4-6 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30-40 minutes

Total Time: 40-50 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ cups crumbled feta cheese

1 lb pasta

12 medium tomatoes

3-4 garlic cloves

¼ cup olive oil

salt and pepper; to taste

basil; to taste

oregano; to taste

red chili pepper flakes; to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Wash and slice the tomatoes in half.
  2. In a baking dish add tomatoes, feta cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, basil, oregano, and red chili pepper flakes.
  3. Bake at 400 F for 30-40 minutes. The tomatoes should be soft and roasted, and the feta should be slightly melted.
  4. While the tomato mix is baking, cook the pasta according to the package.
  5. Once the tomatoes look soft and cheese melted, take the baking dish out and mix everything together. Mix so everything comes together and is creamy. Add in the cooked pasta and mix so all of the pasta is covered in the creamy tomato cheese mix. Enjoy!

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
