Recipe Makes: 4 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 50 minutes

Total Time: 1 hr

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs baby potatoes (I used around 30)

¼ cup butter

salt and pepper to taste

5-6 garlic cloves

dill

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. As the oven is heating up, wash the baby potatoes and place them into a pot filled with water. Boil on medium high heat for around 20 minutes. Or until the potatoes are semi cooked, you should be able to pierce them with a fork a little.
  2. Drain the water from the potatoes and add in butter, garlic, little bit of dill, salt and pepper. Toss the potatoes around in the pot until they are evenly coated.
  3. Once coated, transfer them to a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are fully cooked. Enjoy!
