Recipe Makes: 4 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Total Time: 1 hr
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs baby potatoes (I used around 30)
¼ cup butter
salt and pepper to taste
5-6 garlic cloves
dill
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. As the oven is heating up, wash the baby potatoes and place them into a pot filled with water. Boil on medium high heat for around 20 minutes. Or until the potatoes are semi cooked, you should be able to pierce them with a fork a little.
- Drain the water from the potatoes and add in butter, garlic, little bit of dill, salt and pepper. Toss the potatoes around in the pot until they are evenly coated.
- Once coated, transfer them to a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are fully cooked. Enjoy!
