Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 40 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ cup chicken; cooked and shredded

16 oz (2 packs) cream cheese; softened

1 cup ranch

¾ cup hot sauce

1 ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar: save ½ cup to sprinkle on top

1 cup shredded Colby and Monterey jack cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. In a large bowl combine the shredded chicken, 2 cups of cheese, ranch, and hot sauce. And then you are going to mix everything together until it is all combined.
  2. Then you are going to add in your softened cream cheese. And mix the cream cheese in making sure that there are no cream cheese clumps left. If the cream cheese isn’t soft, then it will be harder to mix it in.
  3. Transfer the chicken dip into a baking dish. Then smooth out the top and sprinkle the remaining ½ a cup of shredded cheese, and cover with foil.
  4. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes covered and the last 10 uncovered. Or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Let the dip cool slightly and serve with chips. Enjoy!
