Baked Brie en Croute

Recipe Makes: 14 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20-25 minutes

Total Time: 30-35 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz brie

1 egg

1 sheet puff pastry

your favorite jams and toppings

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Roll out the puff pastry on a well floured surface. Place the brie on the sheet and fold the edges up so they all meet at the top. (if the dough is not sticking together brush some egg wash on it and it will come together)
  2. Whisk the egg in a ramekin to make the egg wash. Brush the dough with egg wash.
  3. Bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 20 minutes and serve. Enjoy with your favorite jams, fruit, honey, crackers, etc.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
