Buffalo Ranch Pizza

Recipe Makes: 1 medium pizza

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20-25 minutes

Total Time: 30-35 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 medium pizza crust/dough

2 cup mozzarella cheese

1/3 cup ranch; extra to drizzle on top

½ cup hot sauce

3 cups shredded chicken; cooked

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. In a small mixing bowl combine shredded chicken and hot sauce. Mix until all of the chicken is well coated. Set aside for now.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough out on to a parchment paper (makes it easier to more into the oven later). Once dough is rolled out add the ranch and using a silicone brush, brush it around until the dough is evenly covered in ranch.
  3. Next evenly spread the shredded buffalo chicken around the pizza. And then add on the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake at 400 F for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and the crust starts to become golden brown. Enjoy!

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 400 F.
