INGREDIENTS:
1 cup heavy whipping cream; chilled
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp granulated sugar
DIRECTIONS:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer combine heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar. Beat all the ingredients on medium high until the cream starts to fluff up.
- The cream should be stiff when the whisk is lifted. Careful not to over beat or you’ll make butter!
- Once the cream is whipped and fluffy, place it into the fridge to chill until ready to use. Enjoy!
