Recipe Makes: 7 liters
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hr 30 minutes
Total Time: 1 hr 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
*4 large peaches; fresh or frozen
*1 pint blueberries; fresh or frozen
5 medium gala apples
*2 lbs strawberries; fresh or frozen
1 cup sugar
7 liters water
DIRECTIONS:
- Wash and cut the peaches, apples, strawberries, and blueberries (don’t cut the blueberries, just wash). In a large pot add in water, peaches, blueberries, apples, and strawberries.
- Turn the stove on to high heat and let the fruit come to a boil, takes about 10 minutes. Then turn the heat to medium/low and put a lid on the pot.
- Let the fruit come to a boil and cook for 1 hr. Add in sugar and mix. Let boil for another 20 minutes. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
*I used frozen peaches, blueberries, and strawberries. But you can use fresh or frozen.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
