Peaches ‘N’ Pineapple Jell-O

Recipe Makes: around 1 qt

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 1 minute

Chill Time: 3 hrs-overnight

Total Time: 3 hrs-overnight

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups pineapple juice; divided

2 peach Jell-O packs

1 can sliced peaches

1 can sliced pineapples

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large measuring cup, pour in 1 cup of pineapple juice and heat up for about 1 minute in the microwave.  Once hot, add in 1 Jell-O powder pack and whisk until the powder has mixed in.
  2. Add in another cup of pineapple juice and mix until the mixture is well combined. 
  3. Chop up the pineapples and place them on the bottom of a baking dish, (or any bowl) and pour in the Jell-O. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until jiggly. 
  4. Once the Jell-O is jiggly, make the second layer.  Repeat steps 1 & 2.  Slice up the peaches until bite sided and scatter them around on the Jell-O.  Pour in the remaining Jell-O liquid and place back in the fridge.  And let chill for 2 hours or overnight.  Enjoy!
