Recipe Makes: around 1 qt

Chill Time: 3 hrs-overnight
Total Time: 3 hrs-overnight
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups pineapple juice; divided
2 peach Jell-O packs
1 can sliced peaches
1 can sliced pineapples
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large measuring cup, pour in 1 cup of pineapple juice and heat up for about 1 minute in the microwave. Once hot, add in 1 Jell-O powder pack and whisk until the powder has mixed in.
- Add in another cup of pineapple juice and mix until the mixture is well combined.
- Chop up the pineapples and place them on the bottom of a baking dish, (or any bowl) and pour in the Jell-O. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until jiggly.
- Once the Jell-O is jiggly, make the second layer. Repeat steps 1 & 2. Slice up the peaches until bite sided and scatter them around on the Jell-O. Pour in the remaining Jell-O liquid and place back in the fridge. And let chill for 2 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
