INGREDIENTS:
1 lb salmon filet
1 ½ tbsp butter
2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
lemon for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Start the salmon off by slicing it into about 2-3 inch slices. Season the salmon with Lemon Pepper Seasoning on both sides.
- Grab a large skillet and melt your butter on medium/low heat. Once butter has melted add the salmon.
- Fry all sides (top, bottom, left, right) for about 2 minutes each or until golden brown. Once all sides and fried and golden brown, remove salmon from the pan.
- Squeeze lemon juice on salmon and serve hot. Enjoy!
