Pan-Fried Lemon Salmon

Recipe Makes: 3-4 servings

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: about 10 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb salmon filet

1 ½ tbsp butter

2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning

lemon for garnish 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Start the salmon off by slicing it into about 2-3 inch slices.  Season the salmon with Lemon Pepper Seasoning on both sides. 
  2. Grab a large skillet and melt your butter on medium/low heat.  Once butter has melted add the salmon. 
  3. Fry all sides (top, bottom, left, right) for about 2 minutes each or until golden brown.  Once all sides and fried and golden brown, remove salmon from the pan. 
  4. Squeeze lemon juice on salmon and serve hot.  Enjoy!

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

Gather all ingredients.
