Sweet Potato Fries

Recipe Makes: 4 servings

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 40-45 minutes

Total Time: 55-65 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

4-5 large sweet potatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt & pepper

½ tbsp chili powder

½ tbsp corn starch

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Start off your sweet potato fries by washing and peeling the sweet potatoes. Cut the potatoes into french fries, about ¼ “ thick pieces. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. In a small ramekin, combine salt, pepper, chili powder, corn starch, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Grab a large mixing bowl, and add in your chopped sweet potatoes and olive oil. Mix until well combined. Add in the dry spices and mix well again.
  4. Lay the sweet potatoes on a baking rack and bake at 375 F for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
