INGREDIENTS:

2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk

2 pint sized glass mason jars

Instant Pot

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Wash and sterilize the mason jars and lids.
  2. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the jars and secure the lids tightly.
  3. Place the jars on the rack that comes with your instant pot. Pour water into the pressure cooker so it reaches just below the lids.
  4. Cook for 40 minutes* on manual high pressure, with a natural release for 5 minuets and then quick release. Jars will be HOT, so take them out with caution.
  5. Cover jars with a kitchen towel and allow to cool for a few hours. The milk will thicken as it cools. Enjoy!

*Cook for 35-40 minutes. 35 for lighter and more creamier mixture. 40 for a darker and thicker mixture.
